Broadband GaN Amplifier

S&MC broadband RF power amplifier products are used extensively in Defense and communication systems. These amplifiers cover the frequency ranges of 20 MHz to 20 GHz, with power levels as high as 12.0 kW peak.all amplifiers have dual mode capability and can be operated in either a pulsed or CW mode. Scientific and Medical customers include both OEM system manufacturers and end users.These products, designed and manufactured by S&MC Products, are available in modular form as well as in rack mount configurations.
